Happy Together is Launched! And YouTube videos are back!

 A so-so writer

Wow! It’s been a long time since I have written. So much to tell, but I spent more time editing videos over the last several months as videos tell a better story than I ever could with words. We flew to Knysna, South Africa in August to have our first look of Happy Together (Kinetic54) in the water and out of the factory after two years of custom construction. What an amazing sight to see and our lives are forever changed with this process of dreaming, planning, designing and watching our builder Kinetic Catamarans execute our dream.

Welcome back to Youtube and our channel Sailing S/V Happy Together. We had been working on our YouTube videos from 2015 to 2019 and we needed a break, which we got, and in the meantime we sold and bought our new build – a Kinetic 54. We decided we have a new story to tell about this Carbon Fiber masterpiece and our enjoyment of learning to sail at a new level. We launched season 7 just a few weeks ago and we have uploaded 3 videos to get the season going. 

Episode 1 is a short teaser of launch day in Knysna South Africa.

Episode 2 is a 15 minute video of the day Lennie and I saw her for the first time and spent a week getting to know her.

Episode 3 is a fun “typical” Happy Together video that you may remember with lots of smiles, fun and music!

I am working on Episode 4,5,6, and 7 as I write this so I imagine I will have enough for a full season of showing this new boat and our experiences with it.
